Lim JH, looking through the service manual, it does not appear that the S210 has a separate flash capacitor. Since the flash unit is mounted to the same circuit board as the main capacitor, it stands to reason that it is that one, that will supply the voltage...
You can download the service manual from here just make sure you get both parts. Hope this helps, good luck.
