Will this kit work any hard drive or just those listed for mac? i am wanting to use this with PC hard drives and want to know if this is a suitable tool kit?

If you intend to use the drive in a Mac just reformat the hard drive using Disk Utilities from the system installation disk. If you want to use it in a PC we need to know the model.
