Phone not Registered on a Network - S22 Ultra

I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra that isn't registering on a network. I have gone through all of the troubleshooting steps with my carrier, they determined that the device has a hardware issue and advised me to file an insurance claim since it is out of warranty. is this potentially a repair that I could carry out myself? Maybe the SIM card reader or an antennae?
