My right grip button got loose, how do I fix it?

I've had my quest 2 for about 2 years and one day my grip button is just stuck and Ive always just pulled it back up until one day it couldn't go back up and it just stuck. Ive learned that the spring may have gotten loose but I've been trying to look for guides and unfortunately there is only one that I could find on YouTube but the problem is that many steps are skipped and instructions aren't very clear either.
