My Hard Drive has a blue question mark?

so, when it has the question mark, I can't access it. And when it does appear normally, it's really slow, so I still can't access the files in it. (ssd works fine)

question is if this is still fixable or I should buy a new one 😭 i really need to know cause a lot of the files I use at school are there. thank you so much to people who answer :3
