I type out the pattern that the light is going in. " bnnnbnnn", the b represents a long flash and the n represents a short flash. It's a consecutive pattern, so once those 8 lights flash, it goes dark for like a second and starts over again. My charger is broken (I have to bend it for it to charge) so I can't really see if the battery will charge or not. Any help?

Quick question are the lights white or an orange color when flashing?

It is just a white light
My apologies for the late response but I'm in the process of reading multiple manuals and forum post I will have an answer soon!
@tanawelly From what I've read, it seems that the broken charger may be causing the issue as many others reported similar issues and most revolving around the charger and battery. However, if the problem persists afterward, the next course of action would be to check your battery and ensure nothing is wrong. I do hope it is as easy as replacing the broken charger. If not, I'll continue looking into the issue!
