Can’t be detected by PC and charges only when using type C to C cable.

I’ve changed the port cause it was faulty but even with 2 new ports that works fine in other iPad,this iPad won’t charge unless it’s type C to C cable and won’t get detected by any PC or Mac.

It’s currently in iPad disabled so I need to connect to a PC for restore which is impossible cause no PC or Mac would detect it.

I’m thinking the USB controller IC needs to be changed.

Any help is appreciated.
