Yeah, that sounds like you caused something to become unstable. You're gonna have to either boot into BIOS and attempt to reset, or take your computer to a repair shop.

@gabenugent sounds like you have overtaxed your graphics card (GPU). Try a different one to rule that out. You can also try to reset your BIOS, After that boot into safe mode double check the settings for your GPU. Better yet, remove all of it and start from scratch. Overclocking too much can lead to losses like this.
