Nothing shows up on screen

I have a PS4 that will turn on but it only shows a black screen, I tried booting it into safe mode but still black screen, as well as power cycling and taking out the hard drive and trying other drives, nothing happened. I also tried 2 TVs and 2 HDMI cords, anybody able to help?
