Phone doesn't charge even when connected to the microUSB port

When I tried to charge my phone's battery using a 9-volt 6LF22 battery and using the wires to connect the + and - sides of the internal battery, the battery worked. However, when I tried to put the battery into the Samsung Galaxy Note II phone, it didn't work.

I tried to charge my phone. There aren't any lights in the notification dots, the screen doesn't show the battery bar, and when I press the power button, nothing happens. Taking out the battery and putting it back doesn't help either. I recently used a replacement battery and a different charger, but that, too, doesn't work.

I checked the micro USB cables. It does have an electricity sound, thinking it was charging, but it wasn't. I checked the condition of the micro USB port and if there is something wrong with it. I don't know if it was a micro USB port issue because of the dirtiness or the tilting of the center.

Hi @evanlei1

Here's the service manual that may help.

Go to p.13 (of 67 pdf numbering) to find the charging part troubleshooting flowchart and follow that to see what the problem may be.

The board layouts are on p2-p.3 (you need to really zoom in to find the component) and here is the start of the parts list

If a component is faulty, search online using the part number to find suppliers that suit you best
