Why is my iPhone stuck in boot loop?

I have tried everything I possibly could, and some guy got it on but every time I powered it off, it got stuck in the boot loop. And when the phone was on and working before I got it stuck in boot loop again, it wouldn't play audio, video, and would not let me log in with google; showing a blank screen.
