Hi Victor,

Given what you've done already you've covered two of the three main parts of the cooling system, the radiator and the thermostat. But what about the water pump? Have you check it for proper operation or leaking?

After that the only other thing that comes to mind is the possibility that your system is getting too much heat from somewhere else. Specifically, if your head gasket is blown, it can be letting hot exhaust gasses into the cooling system and causing it to overheat. So I'd suggest using something called Block Check to test whether you've got hydrocarbon emissions coming out of the radiator as a pretty good indicator that your head gasket has blown. Other clues could include coolant and/or steam coming out of the tailpipe and mysterious loss of coolant with no leak to be found. A compression test might also tell you whether the cylinders are correctly holding pressure.

Those are the things I'd be looking at next, after the work you've already done. Good luck, and let us know what you find!
