Do all the screws in the Iphone 4 have the same thread diameter?

Ron, no, they are not the same. There are some differences. Check the attached image for a clarification. there is also some great info on here. Hope this helps, good luck.

If you mean thread pitch, the answer is no.

No, not the thread pitch it is the diameter that I am interested to know if all or most of the screws are the same diameter and only differ in length?
