@anil98747 iFixit does not have a guide for the Edge+ but you can check this for the regular Edge Motorola Edge (2022) Screen Replacement Now, to work on your model, use something like this video to replace your screen. As for getting a kit, I assume you are talking about the screen itself etc. you can get those at places like this and many others.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do. Did you ever get a resolution to your 2022? My wife broke hers, and in a hurry to get a screen I purchased the Moto Edge 2022 here - not realizing it wasn't the plus. What further confused the issue is the syntax for the URL - which shows: ifixit.com/motorola+edge+(2022).
The kit arrived, and I tore down wife's phone. Only after pulling out the ifixit screen did I realize that it's wrong. It's actually a bit smaller. I wish I had looked first. I never took it out of the package or removed the film. Still, now I have wife's phone reassembled (with original cracked screen and without any gasketing) - so it's completely useless until I can find the right gaskets and sealing material.
So frustrating. This was on me. I did buy the $80 version from eBay before buying the ifixit kit. It's still in the package as well. i'd just go for it, but without sealing material, there's no point.

Edge is different from Edge+ design, layout, components are all not exactly the same. It's hard to find a good picture of the edge+ 2022 to see where the wireless charging pad placement is. Every moto/ and every android wireless charging pad placement is different and there is no centering/aligning magnets like apple iphones have. so when you place the metal ring on the back, it has to be just right or magnetic wireless charging doesn't work. I tried motorola customer support online chat, they are useless. all they do is share old pictures of 2020 and 2021 or 2023 user manual that shows placement of wireless charging. i already found those and explained that it's not the same for every model year. they are different. the user manual for 2022 doesn't show where to place the wireless charging magnetic pad/ring.
