Hi Karina,
According to the specifications, it is indeed supposed to have a G35 processor. Are you sure about the model information? I don't even see any Redmi models that have both "Note" and a "C" in the model, so I'm not clear exactly which one you have.
Look under the About section of your Settings app and see if you can locate the model number of the phone. The ones given for the Redmi 9C are M2006C3MG and M2006C3MT, so if yours matches one of those then something's rotten in Denmark. If not, we can probably figure out which model you actually have given the manufacturer's model number.
