Samsung S21 Fingerprint sensor fails after software update

So basically the fingerprint sensor on my S21 was working fine after a fresh battery replacement until I decided to update the software. Once the update was completed the fingerprint sensor was not working at all, even after deleting the old fingerprints and attempting to add a new fingerprint, it sometimes works and gets to 10-19% then fails. I used *#0*# to troubleshoot, DBIAS_CAPSENSE_CHECK and DBIAS_TUNES_DBIAS_VOLTAGE both failed at 0.

Has anyone ever faced this issue with the software before? From a quick search online it seems to happen rarely with software updates introducing bugs.
