help to identify MacBook Pro RAM chip

Hello!

These are RAM chips from my MacBook Pro 15" Retina Display Late 2013, it has 8 GB RAM & there are empty places on board to add more RAM chips to make it 16GB.

Please help me to identify this chip. No proper results in search engines.

@v1ny4 You already know that those are your DDR3-1600 SDRAM IC's. The particular ones in your image are made by Micron. The D9QBJ is the FBGA code and the IC part number is MT41K512M8RH-125:E. (512MB IC's) They are available at places like this Here is the datasheet for the modules MT41K256M16 MT41K1G4 MT41K512M8 DS

@oldturkey03

Great! Thanks!

So if some other chip says D9QBJ, is it same as one I have ?

6HEI7 is not important ?

@oldturkey03

Chip that says 7BEI7 D9QBJ should work ?

par

@v1ny4 check the datasheet :-) Those are most likely the Micron manufacture codes. For this IC the only real identifier needed is the D9QBJ
