Vaishavi, is this a new problem or has it been doing that all along? Has anything changed or happened to the phone recently such as being dropped, exposed to liquids, software updates, etc.?
What have you tried in terms of diagnosing the issue? Different SIM card? Restoring the phone to factory settings?

@dadibrokeit yeah my phone has fall down from then I am not able to receive calls properly or do calls to anyone and i have not done anything to repair it .plz help me with this problem
