@griseldaro96114 the problem with AI generated answers is that the AI makes stuff up, that it does not know.

T-con boards and main boards are never the cause for horizontal lines. Those are strictly limited to the LCD driver boards and/or the panel. Some combination of horizontal lines with other abnormalities on the display can come from the motherboard. You did obviously not have those lines before you change the power board. We will need to know if this is a new board or used and if it is an identical board. Also, please verify that your TV is a QN65Q7FAMFXZA

Post some good pictures of what your screen actually shows, all of your boards and how the ribbon cables are connected to it etc. Those pictures need to be large and well focused. Ajout d'images à une question existante

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing horizontal lines on your Samsung TV. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to fix the issue:

  1. Unplug your TV for 60 seconds and plug it back in. This can help reset the TV’s internal system and resolve any temporary issues.
  2. Check the HDMI cable and port. Ensure that the HDMI cable is securely seated with no oxidation on its contacts. Try different HDMI ports to see if the issue persists.
  3. Change the picture settings. Turn off the energy-saving mode in the settings.
  4. Perform a factory reset. Enter the PIN and select OK to perform a factory reset. This will result in all settings and configurations you’ve made on your TV being deleted.
  5. Clean the contacts on the T-Con ribbon. Remove the back panel of your TV and clean the contacts on the T-Con ribbon.
  6. Take your TV to a repair shop or contact Samsung support. If none of the above steps work, there may be a hardware issue with your TV. A professional repair shop or Samsung support can help diagnose and fix the issue.

I hope this helps you resolve the issue with your Samsung TV!

Semiloore Ibukun-odunsi the problem with AI generated answers is that the AI makes stuff up, that it does not know. You want to use AI very judiciously on here. Be transparent and let people know that you are using it and be aware that you are responsible for all its content.
