I cannot open settings app or any app on my s20 ultra screen is frozen
Why is my s20ultra 5g screen frozen except for a blue box around each app if I touch it

if you tap on the icon so the blue box appears, then double tap it, are you able to select it? If so then you might have accidentally enabled Voice Assistant. To check, go to Settings > Accessibility > Voice Assistant > Off. Make sure to tap the switch to highlight it, then double tap to turn it off.
