urgent* lg oled tv blinking 3 times and not turning on with black scre

I have an Oled Tv moele is oled65b6p. it is not turning on. It stays black and gives 3 blinking light.. i have checked. there is 3 boards. power board, Tcon and mother board. same as this one. there is 3 connectors on the power board. this one has 2 connectors. the one which goes from power board to mother is ok and gives me all the voltage but the one from power board to Tcon is 12 volte and 24volte. it has no power... what could be the problem????

@afghanmarket we will have to see those boards. Post some pictures of those with your Question. Could be a blown component on the power board could also be the main board not telling the powerboard to turn it on. It's not enough to say the voltages are ok but tell us what those voltage are Ajout d'images à une question existante
