You would have to take the back off, Try searching on YouTube for help with replacing the power button

@yassinabbassi yes, you can. Use the iFixit guides from here Samsung Galaxy S21+ - iFixit to work on it. You'd be most lilkely looking for a power button flex cable replacement.
