Why it doesn't charge properly?
It seems to be charged. It syncs, and it shows on the app to be fully charged. Then it stops working and back to 0

@mercegalle60134 it's entirely possible that this is a bad battery. It may charge but does not hold a charge. I would start with a replacement. Here is a guide for that Remplacement de la batterie de l'Oral-B iO
