Why my 3DS XL take so long to read games, and close them?
I have a 3ds XL that takes an abnormally long amount of time to read game cards, and it takes a good minute to close games as well.

What games are taking a long time to load? Could you get a rough amount of time each game is taking to load and close?

Also have you upgraded/changed the SD card recently? This the console stock or is it running homebrew?

The console is not homebrewed, and the game that takes the longest to load and close is pokemon moon. Also, the SD card is original to the console.

Sounds to me like it might be time for a new sd card.
