@patrickrosalie what kind of drive are you using and what kind of cable. Has this ever worked for you or is this a new setup.
You will need a USB-C to USB-A adapter to connect a external storage. Check something like this video on how to set your phone up.

Hello, sorry for my late response. (I was sick for more than a month, now I'm better), and above all thank you for the wise advice. Today it's my S 21 which is sick I have to change the screen . Which has become completely black I am not going to change my smartphone, I put it at 90% and it works well apart from the bug of the non-recognition of my external disks ( ) and USB keys (Samsung 32 and 64 GB) . All media work correctly both on the S21 and on my PC (still work on the PC and other devices). I can't explain Why suddenly the S21 no longer recognized my storage media. Now I affirm that the cables and adapters are +++ compliant. I tried lots of solutions, afraid of failing stupidity, I preferred to address it to you. Thanks for helping me Patrick
