When I insert a disc in my PS2 slim, it never spins. The laser doesn't turn on, or move at all, nothing happens.
I took of the top cover of the PS2, and I inserted a disc, I then pressed on both sensors, and nothing happens, the laser doesn't turn on or move, and the disc never spins.
What is most likely the problem?

@johnsmith61901 sounds like a power issue. Check your power supply, your motherboard as well as all the connectors. Let us know what exact model your PS2 is so we can check the schematic to determine which rails to check etc. Also, as you disassemble your PS2 take some good pictures of the motherboard and post those with your Question. That way we can see what you see and hopefully we can help you to get it fixed.
