We could use a bit more detail to help. What exactly happens when you try to pair. We’ll need to know what part of the process isn;’t working. Is it showing as an available device on you iPhone? Or it’s trying to pair, but fails?

@flannelist Headphones connect via bluetooth, but after 10 minutes they turn off on their own

Also, they do not connect in the Sony app
