Replaced screen, now it powers off after a second.

I have a Switch that was dropped and the LCD was clearly damaged. I replaced the screen, but when I tested it, it came on for a few seconds and then went blank. I tried a new screen and I tried charging the battery. Any ideas?

And you've confirmed that the switch isn't turning on at all (The fan isn't spinning, or the content isn't displaying to an external display)?

The fan never spins. I have not confirmed the external display.
