Hi iFixit,
I need to know what screwdrivers to completely tear down and gut a newer iPhone. I know they need Pentalobe and Tri-Wing, but can somebody explain all of the screwdrivers and sizes that an iPhone uses and give me a link, please?

@andrewtayl13352 it'll be a lot easier of you can tell us what you mean by a "newer iPhone". Let's say you are going to gut an iPhone 15 Pro. You go to the guide for really anything on that phone iPhone 15 Pro Taptic Engine Replacement Take a look at the right-hand side. You will see a window that says " What you need" It is in that window that the tools required to work on this model, are listed. This one calls for a
P2 Pentalobe Screwdriver
Phillips #000 Screwdriver
Tri‑point Y000 Screwdriver
You can check the guides to determine which screwdriver you need. This holds true for all the guides pertaining to the iPhones. BTW, why not just make your live easier and have the right tools for the job available at any time. Something like this kit Mako Driver Kit - 64 Precision Bits will have you covered.

For iPhone X and higher, do I need a Pinhead Philips to repair the frame on any of those phones? Thanks.
