Generator is not ready and is not heating up

The autoclave machine is not heating up or running a cycle due to the generator not being ready. What could be causing the generator not being ready?

@theospt1at71096 what make and exact model is our autoclave? What have you checked?

It is a TRANS GETINGE Autoclave Machine, model: TRANS/SMART-S 160

I have checked on the connection tubes on top of the machine and the side. Before it used to have air leak on one of the tubes on top until I fitted it tightly.
