My Mainstays E187 alarm clock is frozen in time

The Mainstays alarm clock doesn't move time when set, I am not sure if a reset will work (I cannot find the button or manual for it) or if it is too broken to fix economically. Thanks in advance

Depending on how it is powered some issues can be fixed by changing batteries if that is how it is powered.
