Black screen, completely turned off and only blue light appears.

Okay so i installed CFW on my nintendo 3ds a while ago and today as i was downloading games i stumbled onto this copy of Pokémon ultra moon, i tried to open it and the 3ds froze, so as i turn it off and back on i notice that nothing happens except the blue light turns on. There is no sound, no internet light, no nothing. Im very bad at this kind of stuff and id really appreciate all the help i can get. Thanks!

Options

Luma does that sometimes. The good news is it usually only happens once. Here are the steps to fix it.

1. Power off the console.

2. Take out any game cartridge, but leave the SD card in.

3. Power on the console.

4. Wait 10-15 seconds, then press L + D-pad down + SELECT. If the Rosalina menu opens, you're likely experiencing RTCBug, and should continue with the steps below.

5. Leave the console open and powered on for 10-15 minutes. Do not touch the console during this time.

If the console boots successfully in that time, the bug is now fixed and is unlikely to happen again.
