I have tried resetting it, and descaling but it doesn't make coffee. the water is still flowing when I clean it. It seems that there might not be enough pressure to make the coffee. How can I fix it.

The Vertuo has an ULKA pump, type HF, price about 20€. Replacing it may be the solution. See this video.
