@sofiane62065 that is a point of care testing device that interfaces with a PC via Windows. You are not saying if it is the tester itself that displays the blue screen or the PC. If it is the PC then I would try and check that first to make sure it's OS is working properly. It does sound like there are issues with the interface between the POC tester and the computer. Si c'est le PC, j'essaierais de le vérifier d'abord pour m'assurer que son système d'exploitation fonctionne correctement. Il semble qu'il y ait des problèmes avec l'interface entre le testeur POC et l'ordinateur. Si tu le peux, vérifie la communication et la configuration selon le manuel.
