@sandronardi sounds like some issues with the firm/software. Try this. Get a Phillips screwdriver and start off by removing the screw for the side brush. Once the screw is removed, pull the side brush off. Next remove the bottom cover by removing the Philips screws. Now, remove the battery and keep it out for a short while (30-60 sec) should be enough. Then replace the battery and reassemble your Roomba and give it a try. Let us know if it helped.

Now, since iFixit does not have a guide for this and if this works for your Roomba, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has a device with the same issues as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.

You can try to hold the clean button for around 30 seconds, or when you hear a beep. I believe it does a hard reset, and it should solve the issue. If not, you may try @oldturkey03's steps.

Friend, the CLEAN button is on, it makes contact because I hear the plate click, but it doesn't do anything else. I also tried to restart via the APP but nothing happened.

I know it is on, but even if it is on, still hold the clean button for 30 seconds.

I'll try and tell you

Friend, it didn't work

Okay. You can now try @oldturkey03's steps
