so, a while back in 2023 my PlayStation 4 wasn't working with me no more, apparently it was over heating, the Sony said before shutting down, i also had to unplug the power and put it back again, and I searched up things that cause this, I tried cleans the fans, no use, making space for air to flow out the ps4, nothing. and I still have this problem, and I still wonder how to fix it. if anyone can help i would appreciate it, thanks.

Options

look inside the case and make sure that the fan and air channels are clear, and the motherboard isn't caked with dust. also to add if the thermal paste probably needs cleaning and reapplying.
