This doesn't look like a tremendous amount of damage and it's quite common for these to get nudged during the course of repair.

The chip is a temperature sensor intended to monitor air flow temperatures on the right side of the board and the right side thunderbolt controller. It looks like there are a few traces pulled up from the circuit board, which will specifically need repair.

For reference it is a Texas Instruments TMP461 if you want any of the specifics, but I don't see any damage to the chip, so it's likely to be perfectly fine.

This probably won't affect the ability for your Mac to power on, but it might run very very slow, since this temp sensor is unlikely to work properly in its current state.

Otherwise, it looks like a capacitor got nudged. This is part of the power circuit for the built in SSD. There are many other capacitors on this same line, so its presence is not 100% needed, but it's along the edge and would be easy to replace. The schematics call for a 22 µF 10V capacitor in a 0603 package.
