2 Display isn't showing anything, randomly chashes
I have this laptop for 4 years. Lately I started running into issues with my laptop. The main thing bring that when I turn it on the display isn't turning on but the keyboard back-lit and the fans start. If I turn it off multiple times sometimes it turns on. Also it crashes randomly( blue screen) and the screen just freezes sometimes. One time when I powered it on it got stuck between the lockscreen and the desktop. Also I must add that the laptop is prty clean inside ( no dust)
Also It doesn't have any viruses I mainly use it to play games.

@michael37170 - Bit of an odd question but, have you recently updated it?
I've had some cases where a device is perfectly fine hardware wise, but then it gets updated, and something happens.
Easiest way to figure this out is:
1. When did the issues start
2. When was it last updated
3. Do the two occur around the same time?

I actualy tried to update it but it came up with an error when it tried to install it. The crashing happened before but it didn't occur that often it wasn't an issue but since the display thing the crashing is always happening

@michael37170 - Hmm, reminds me of how I can't use Zoom on my computer in a way. Try to update, entire computer crashes, can't use Zoom without update. Can't even use the browser version!
Have you done any PRAM, VRAM, etc resets recently?

@computermoth no i didnt. I think the issue actualy started when i changed the account in one of my games. The anticheat didnt work claming that the drivers arent up to date i checked them and they where up to date.

@michael37170 - Odd, is it possible to try uninstalling said game, and seeing how your computer performs for a day(s)? Or have you tried that before?
Also try the VRAM, PRAM resets, you might need to look up how to do it as it can vary from model to model.
