Why does the laptop not turning on when I power it?

How can I solve power issues, thus, it does not turn on when I power it?

You haven't given us any details. For example:

Do any lights come on at all?

Can you hear the fan spinning?

Will it turn with the charger connected. With or without the battery?

@aactech I agree try these methods and see if anything happens, try to connect it via HDMI to an external display and see if the display comes up. Which indicates a dead LCD.
