Unable to take a picture, I can change data fields, the lens will zoom
I think the shutter is not releasing. If I turn "flash" on and try to take a pic; it will flash I can view all pics already on the memory card. However, the pic I just tried to take is just a blank . If I select"Sport" mode and depress the button. I can hear it try to take the five pics as it should. Again, all blanks. How can I fix it? The camera is an E3200.

@robertdstoner clarify what you mean by "the lens is not releasing" You did say the lens will zoom, does that mean it will extend and retract?
