@peggymccann could be an issue with the T-con board (if your TV has a designated one) or an issue with the panel. We will need to know the exact model of your TV. After that, you will need to have to remove the back panel from your TV. Unplug it of course. Now take some good pictures of ALL the boards that you can see. Post those pictures with your question so that we can see what you see.
