This is very easy. Just gently catch the hold of any corner piece of your plastic screen protector and then gently peel it off. Even if you harshly remove it, it wont cause any particular damage to the screen but just would scatter around any make stuff more chaotic for you to clean. Then buy another plastic protector and put it on your screen.
