@aishaalkhayari couple of things that could be the issue. The brush will only turn when the handle is reclined. So make sure that it is doing that. the next issue could be a broken belt. For that, check the Bissell Support page. Sorry, it's in English only. Also, use the Bissell Video on how to change the brush and belts.
