Critical battery error. What should I do?

My laptop suddenly dead when I plugged in the charger. Then, I turned on back but auto update is happening. At first the update was ruined because the battery drain, second attempt of turning on the laptop I did, but the battery icon gone and didn't charging. I tried to check the voltage of the charger, every hardware, battery the result is fine. I also restarting battery CMOS, but still cannot fixed it. What should I do?
