Hey. Why dosnt non on my 2 phones come up on ITUNES. it has worked so wel before? i tryed many diferens (Original) cables to.

It looks like you're on a MacBook from your screen capture; are you aware that the function of connecting to your iPhone has moved from iTunes to Finder on current versions of MacOS?
Bring up Finder after you plug in your iPhone and look to the lower left side for your iPhone to appear.

Without connecting your phone to your PC.
Do you have access to the Music or Classical App? What happens when you do a right swipe from the main screen you should see the Music App. And lastly do you have an Apple account setup?
Within your Mac or PC Apple Tunes App are you able to access your music without connecting your phone?
