My 2010 truck is running rough. The battery light is on it's going thru some gas. I think I need coil packs and spark plugs or is it the battery not getting enough voltage?

The battery light doesn't generally mean a battery issue, sometimes any electric issue, based on your description and without any diagnostic this should mean many things, maybe one cylinder is not working, is your car acceleration the same?
