Actual device does not work.

Monitor and all areas light up appropriately, but the device itself does not work. What can I do?

Hi Patti,

It's not clear what you mean when you say it doesn't work. What exactly is it doing or not doing? Does it move when it's not supposed to, or not move when it is supposed to, or what?

Have you check out the service manual available on the Device page? That should, in theory, give you all the information you would need to repair most anything on the device.

Thanks for responding. I’m a 69 yr old Grammy with not a lot of experience in fixing things. I also had a total knee replacement 2 days ago so I’m not able to move very well yet.

I did download the service manual, but I guess I didn’t know what I was supposed to be looking at.

The device will click a few times and the light goes on. But then nothing further. The device does not start, move or make any noise. But knowing you feel I can figure it out from manual, maybe I can get someone to check it out. Not many people around. But you’ve given me a lead . Thank you.
