Samsung NP300E5C-A02PL turning off constantly

Hello i posting this in this thread as my samsung revision isnt created here and its basically thr same one but revision for poland.

My samsung laptop is constantly turning off mostly on basic stuff like watching youtube for example i got 3 shutdowns on 45min video this day.

Charger was already changed 2 times and it seems even worse than before

Battery had been diagnosed to be fine.

I ripled out keyboard since it burned itself long ago during the heatwave.

I've been monitoring temperatures on cpu and gpu and never had them go over 89°C

Windows troubleshooting shows me only "power-kernel related shutdowns"

And weirdly when i for examlple run some more "taxing" game like project zomboid or Minecraft with mods i can leave it running for like 9h or more with no shutdowns but if im trying to watch something on youtube or justbturn it on and leave it for some time it dies.

One weird thing i also notticed is that even tho battery is fine and holds enought of charge the laptop wont start up on just it it'll die after showing samsung logo or if i replace battery for new one wont even turn on.

Maybe someone got any idea how to fix it and what a problem can be as im baffled as hell especially that for some time it went off by itself and now is back again.

Edit. Added pics from windows event viewer

Same problem arise around same time. Turns off randomly. Check your SATA mode. Mine have gone to SATA2, must have SATA3, weird...

Try unplugging all USB devices...

Nothing to do with windows or drivers.

In BIOS disable CPU POWER SAVING

In windows use High Performance Power Plan. (min CPU 100%, max CPU 100%)

Respond if this solved your problem.

For reference, my CPU and GPU max at around the 60C mark, and typically run at 45C or less. In fairness, this is a desktop system, not a laptop, but 89C is HIGH.

This is not a normal temperature for your CPU or GPU to be at. I would say this is quite hot to run and indicates a thermal management problem. Listen/feel for airflow from your fan outlets, is air moving? Is air moving strongly?

Look for blockage in your airflow channels. If there is not blockage, it may be that the heatsink has lost high-quality thermal contact with either your CPU or GPU and needs to be removed, cleaned, thermal compound re-applied, and then put back together.

It turns off cold always and there is airflow i can get it hot for 9h that i wont be able to touch the fan grate but when its cold it dies before even getting hot

89degrees is claimed by ither users to be average temp for this model, i know one guy who average is 110 and never turns off on itself.

Also been monitoring charger voltage today

No jumps or drops in voltage.

Additionallu if it was temperature problem windows event viewer wouldnt be showing kernel power problem and cooling pad would have some impacy why ig has none

It literally can turn off after startin it up starting the browser and playing one 3min video

Thank you for your answer but thermal problems were rulled out long ago since it never reached temperatures claimed to bw problematic by other users

Also paste was chanhed regularly and if it would be higher than average 90-95°C then i would be alarmed

Hmm, ok.

You mention it more often turns off from watching YouTube. If it isn't thermal, then I start to wonder about software / video drivers. If you haven't already, I would check for windows updates, then separately look up your GPU to see if there is a newer driver version available, and if so, download and install that, then run it for a while and see if you have any change.

Edit: side note, I see your comment about adding pictures from event viewer, but I'm not seeing pictures. Maybe they didn't get associated with this post?
