Leaking the moment I add water to the coffee side

Water leaking from above the hoses - unit is brand new and never used

Water pours out of the resovir immediately and completely but it’s not the hoses

Well, this is a brandnew device. My first idea is: do nothing and bring It back to the store. If you still want to work on it yourself: Most likely the seal on the watertank has come off at the factory. Fortunately, we have a guide that can help. First use the coffeemaker, pull the plug, open it and look for traces of water. Good luck!
