Why is the other half screen not turning on
The other half shows graphics and plays but the other half of the screen is blank but turns grey

@mohapimasike failed LCD driver board to the side that is not working. Check the ribbon cables, interconnect cables and the driver boards as well. Unless we can see what you see, there is not much else we can tell you. As you can see, remote repair is never easy and we rely on you being our eyes and ears. Right now you leave us blind and deaf.
At minimum we would need to see what your screen shows you as well as all of your boards. So, for that you will have to unplug your TV an remove the back cover. Then check each board and each ribbon cable for any obvious damage. Post pictures of all of that with your question. That way we can at least see what you see.
